Henceforth no man can be imprisoned for more than 60 years.
The arrest involves danger to society and no crime can be expected from a criminal with more than 80 years old!
None tribumal may condemn a human being with more than 80 years of age, or less than 16 years to any legal punishment
No human being with more than 80 years or younger than 16 can be held responsible for crimes and consequently sentenced to prison.
